Five Corners Flats is located in a 3 story new construction building at the SE corner of Eddy St. & Corby Blvd. directly across the street from Trader Joes and Eddy St. Commons.

Five Corners Flats is being developed by Holladay Properties, constructed by Horizon Builders and exclusively marketed by Irish Realty.

Yes, we have financing options available with our preferred lender partner, 1st Source Bank. Often condominium units have restrictions on financing during new construction phase so it’s important to have a financing partner if you wish to secure financing prior to total project completion. contact. Property taxes are relatively straightforward in the state of Indiana. As of 2009, we use a market value base to assess value equal to your purchase price. Tax rates are one percent annually for primary occupied residential with the homestead exception, and 2% annually for non-primary second homes and rentals.  You may qualify for primary occupancy status. Five Corners Flats are luxury condominium units. The condo owners association will carry a master policy to insure the building envelope, roof, and exterior. Individual owners will carry condominium insurance on their units which will cover  everything inside the unit. Please contact your insurance agent or request one of our preferred insurance agents to get a quote for condo owners insurance.

Five Corners Flats will have a condominium owners association to oversee governance and long-term administration. Initially, during construction completion by the developer, Holladay Properties, an association will be formed, and a board of directors will be elected. There are covenants and restrictions that govern the property’s use, which are available upon request.

Monthly association fees have yet to be established for Five Corners Flats. Once established, there will be an annual budget for review along with a monthly amount that is billed quarterly. Services will include trash, recycling service, snow, removal, lawn care, and other general maintenance to the common areas including parking. More information will be available soon.

The first floor space at Five Corners Flats is being set aside for a restaurant user. There is not currently a tenant or lease in place. More information will be forthcoming as a restaurant takes the space for future use. This will certainly be a great amenity to have right below your unit!

Five Corners Flats have been designed and selected by Holladay Properties prior to the construction of units. Finish schedules and selections are available by request.
