Northshore Triangle

North Shore Triangle is a historic district close to downtown South Bend and the St. Joseph River.  Ernest Young, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright and a South Bend architect, designed many houses in this neighborhood from 1905 to 1920. Northshore Triangle is two miles away from the campus of the University of Notre Dame. As with many existing neighborhoods, a broad range of home prices can be found in Harter Heights ranging from the high $100s to $500k and higher for the most desirable homes and locations. The desirability of the area’s existing homes are more common in the broader Northeast Neighborhood, of which Harter Heights is a part.
