Duties
- Help buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the real estate process.
- Collaborate with The Steve Smith Team to generate and close sales opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service.
- Expand your own network while leveraging the well-established Steve Smith sphere of influence.
- Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from contract to closing.
- Stay informed on market trends, technology, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Active Indiana Real Estate License (also licensed in Michigan is a plus).
- Successful experience in residential real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
- Comfortable using CRMs, digital marketing tools, and real estate technology.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
